Todd believes that movement should be an easy, everyday thing. What we train needs to be useful in our everyday lives- walking, reaching, carrying groceries, putting on the seatbelt. Via the 8 pillars, we work in all the main directions and target those big muscle groups.

Midi Moves is a simple, home-based movement program designed for everyday people who want to stay strong, steady, mobile and independent.

This is not the gym.
There are no mirrors, no intimidation, no pressure to “go hard” or keep up with anyone else.

Midi Moves is about helping you move well for life.

Whether you want to get up off the floor more easily, walk with confidence, carry the groceries, keep up with the grandkids, travel comfortably, or simply feel better in your own body, this program is built around practical movement that supports real life.

Done via a video call with Todd. We work through the 8 pillars. Set your program and goals

Monthly program
$120.00 every month for 3 months

This continues from your initial assessment - 3 month commitment. Weekly class with Todd and monthly check in with program tweak (if required)

Pilates 1:1

Pilates based private sessions. NO minimum commitment.
